Create Typeform Surveys

Step-by-step

1. Sign up at typeform.com and create a new form.
2. Choose a template or start from scratch. Typeform's one-question-at-a-time format improves completion rates.
3. Add questions: use the right question types — Multiple Choice for quick answers, Short Text for names, Email for email capture, Rating for NPS, and Opinion Scale for satisfaction.
4. Add Logic Jumps: branch the survey based on answers. If someone rates satisfaction below 3, ask 'What could we improve?' If above 3, ask 'What do you love most?'.
5. Keep the survey short: 5-10 questions for feedback surveys, 3-5 for qualification forms. Each additional question reduces completion rate.
6. Design the form: customize colors, fonts, and imagery to match your brand.
7. Set up a thank-you screen with a CTA: link to your product, a resource, or a booking page.
8. Configure notifications: set up email notifications for new responses and connect to your tools via webhooks.
9. Embed the Typeform on your website or share via direct link in emails.
10. Analyze responses: review results in Typeform's analytics dashboard. Export data for deeper analysis or sync to your CRM via n8n.
