Run the usage-drop-detection drill manually: compute per-account 30-day baselines, compare to last 7 days, filter for 30%+ drops.

Export flagged accounts with: name, email, baseline weekly activity, current weekly, percentage drop.

Cross-reference with Attio for plan tier and MRR. Sort by highest-value accounts with steepest drops.

Pick top 10 accounts. Send a personal email from the account owner referencing their specific usage pattern, asking a direct question, and offering help.

Track responses and PostHog re-engagement over 14 days.

Run threshold-engine drill: pass = at least 3 of 10 re-engage within 14 days.
