Instrument PostHog events: signup_completed, onboarding_step_N_completed (with time_since_signup_seconds), activation_reached, onboarding_abandoned.

Build a PostHog funnel: signup_completed through each milestone to activation_reached. Set 14-day conversion window.

Build minimal onboarding: one Intercom product tour (3-5 steps), one Loops welcome email with direct action link, one contextual Intercom message for users stalled after 2 hours.

Human action: review tour copy and welcome email, then launch to 10-50 test users.
