Instructions

  1. Run onboarding-sequence-design drill to define the activation metric and 3-5 milestone ladder from signup to activation.

  2. Run quick-start-content-pipeline drill to build the guide (3-5 sections, under 5 minutes), deploy on 3 surfaces (Intercom help article, Loops onboarding email, web page), and instrument PostHog tracking for guide_viewed, guide_step_completed, guide_completed, guide_abandoned, and guide_feedback.

  3. Human action required: review guide content, verify every step matches current UI, verify screenshots. Deploy to 20-50 new signups.

  4. Monitor over 7 days: guide view rate within 3 days (target ≥40%), guide completion rate within 7 days (target ≥25%), per-step drop-off (target <30% between steps), and post-guide activation rate.

  5. Run threshold-engine drill: PASS (≥40% view AND ≥25% complete from ≥20 users) → Baseline. MARGINAL (30-39% view or 15-24% complete) → simplify highest-dropoff step. FAIL (<30% view or <15% complete) → diagnose via guide_abandoned events and fix.
