  2. Create 4 cohorts in PostHog: Champions (>=80), Power Users (60-79), Rising Stars (40-59), Standard (<40).

  3. Manually validate the top 10 scored users against product usage data.

  4. Send personal outreach to each validated user with a specific advocacy ask.

  5. Track responses and advocacy actions in Attio for 7 days.

  6. Evaluate: >=2 of top 10 complete an advocacy action = PASS.
