Instructions

  1. Run the onboarding-personalization drill to define 2 persona segments from PostHog cohort data and build persona-specific Intercom product tours.

  2. Set up PostHog feature flag to route users to persona-specific vs generic tours.

  3. Split 40-100 signups: 50% personalized tours, 50% generic control.

  4. Keep persona detection simple: signup-form dropdown mapped to persona_type.

  5. Monitor PostHog Live Events daily for 7 days.

  6. Run threshold-engine drill: activation >= 50% AND >= 10pp lift over control.

  7. Per-persona check: neither persona below 35% activation.

  8. Pass: proceed to Baseline. Marginal: iterate weaker persona. Fail: re-segment.
