Instructions

  1. Run posthog-gtm-events drill to instrument analytics surface events (page viewed, metric clicked, CTA clicked, time spent).

  2. Run usage-analytics-surface-build drill: select 3 value-implying metrics, build n8n aggregation for test group, design minimal surface with headline stat + 3 metric cards + 1 CTA.

  3. Developer implements frontend component behind PostHog feature flag for 10-50 active users with 14+ days of data.

  4. Set up one Intercom in-app discovery prompt for the test group.

  5. After 7 days, run threshold-engine drill: view rate >=50%, engagement depth >=30%, 48-hour return rate >=30%.

  6. If FAIL on view rate, test new discovery prompt copy/timing. If FAIL on engagement, survey 5 users on desired stats. If FAIL on return, test different CTA types.
