Instructions

  1. Run the icp-definition drill to define your target prospect criteria for video outreach.

  3. Record 15-25 personalized Loom videos (60-90 seconds each) following this structure: greeting by name, reference their specific signal, connect to your value prop, brief proof point, CTA to book a call.

  4. Add a Cal.com booking link CTA button to each Loom video.

  5. Copy the Loom GIF thumbnail for each video and build a 3-step email sequence in Instantly: video email (Day 0), text follow-up (Day 3), breakup with video link (Day 7).

  6. Send to 15-25 prospects on weekdays, 8am-11am in their timezone.

  7. Check Loom dashboard daily for view data: who watched, watch percentage, CTA clicks.

  8. Log all results in Attio: video_sent, video_watched, watch_percentage, email_replied, meeting_booked.

  9. Run the threshold-engine drill to evaluate: >=10% video completion rate (watched >75%) AND >=2 meetings booked.

  10. If PASS, proceed to Baseline. If FAIL, diagnose: low click rate = fix subject line, low completion = shorten video, watched but no meetings = fix CTA.
