Instructions

  2. Run the build-prospect-list drill to source 50-100 contacts from Apollo matching your ICP. Import into Clay, run enrichment waterfall for email, LinkedIn URL, and phone number. Score and filter to top prospects. Push to Attio tagged play:outbound-email-li-calls and level:smoke.

  3. Write a 3-step email sequence (Day 1: problem-aware opener under 80 words, Day 4: one proof point under 70 words, Day 7: breakup with Cal.com link), a 2-step LinkedIn sequence (Day 2: connection request under 200 chars, Day 5: follow-up message), and a call script referencing your email.

  4. Execute manually over 7 days: Day 1 emails, Day 2 LinkedIn connections, Day 3 calls to top 20, Day 4 email follow-up, Day 5 LinkedIn messages, Day 6 more calls, Day 7 breakup emails. Log every touchpoint in Attio immediately.

  5. Run the threshold-engine drill to evaluate: count meetings booked, compute reply rate by channel, measure time to first reply. Pass threshold: ≥ 2 meetings booked in 1 week.
