Instructions

  1. Run the icp-definition drill to define who should attend. Add seniority filter (VP+/Director+/Founder) and peer compatibility (same company stage and size).

  2. Choose a discussion topic that is peer-relevant, non-promotional, and opinionated. Write 3 discussion questions.

  3. Build a guest list of 15-20 targets from Attio, LinkedIn, and your network. Log each in Attio with tag 'roundtable-smoke-invited'.

  4. Run the roundtable-pipeline drill. Send personal invitations from the host's email in two waves (Day -21 and Day -14). Include format description, topic, and reply-to-RSVP CTA.

  5. Send confirmed attendees the attendee list and discussion questions 3 days before. Send a 1-hour reminder on event day.

  6. Host facilitates the roundtable live (45-60 min). Open with 'off the record, no pitches' frame. Connect Fireflies.ai for transcription if available.

  7. Within 4 hours, send personal follow-up to each attendee referencing something specific they said. For pain-point expressors, include Cal.com meeting link.

  8. Run the threshold-engine drill after 2 weeks. PASS: >= 6 attendees AND >= 2 meetings. FAIL: iterate on topic, guest profile, or invitation copy.
