Run the lead-capture-surface-setup drill to deploy one lead capture surface (inline calendar, short form, or chat widget) on one high-intent page.

Choose the surface type based on your sales motion: inline calendar for sales-assisted, short form for self-serve, chat widget for hybrid.

Wire PostHog event tracking (cta_impression, cta_clicked, lead_captured), n8n webhook routing to Attio CRM, and Loops nurture sequence enrollment.

Test end-to-end: load the page, interact with the surface, verify PostHog events fire, verify Attio record creation, verify Loops enrollment.

Drive 50 product-aware visitors to the page via email outreach, email signature links, community posts, or outbound CTA replacement.

Track daily: unique visitors, leads captured, conversion rate.

After 7 days, run the threshold-engine drill to evaluate against pass threshold: >= 3% conversion rate from >= 50 visitors.

PASS: document surface type, placement, CTA copy, and conversion rate. Proceed to Baseline.
