Instructions

  1. Run the invite-flow-setup drill to build the invite form, invitation email, acceptance flow, and PostHog event tracking at ONE high-intent entry point (team settings or share button).

  2. Deploy to a test cohort of 10-50 active users via PostHog feature flag. Do not announce the feature — measure organic discovery.

  3. Observe for 7 days: track invite_form_opened, invite_sent, invite_accepted, invited_user_first_action.

  4. Run the threshold-engine drill to evaluate: >=30% form open rate AND >=1 invite accepted.

  5. If PASS, proceed to Baseline. If FAIL on open rate, move the surface to a higher-traffic location. If FAIL on acceptance, review email copy and signup friction.
