Instructions

  1. Run feature-readiness-gating drill to select the target feature and define the adoption event.

  2. Run feature-announcement drill to create one in-app message (Intercom) and one follow-up email (Loops) targeting the highest-likelihood segment.

  3. Launch to 20-50 users. Track: adoption_campaign_impression, adoption_campaign_clicked, feature_first_used.

  4. Monitor PostHog daily for 7 days.

  5. Run threshold-engine drill: ≥20% of targeted users adopted within 7 days.

  6. Pass → Baseline. Fail → diagnose weakest funnel step and re-run.
