Run the icp-definition drill to identify which directories your ICP uses when evaluating tools. Focus on 3-5 directories: G2, Capterra, Product Hunt, plus 1-2 niche directories for your category.

Run the directory-listing-setup drill. For each directory: claim or create your profile, write keyword-optimized descriptions, upload 3+ screenshots with captions, add a demo video, fill out all comparison fields, and set UTM parameters on all outbound links (?utm_source={directory}&utm_medium=directory&utm_campaign=smoke).

Log each listing in Attio with directory name, URL, date created, and status.

Human action required: ask 5-10 existing customers to leave reviews. Prioritize customers active 30+ days with positive sentiment. Send a personal email with the direct review link.

Monitor daily for 1 week: check directory vendor dashboards for views and clicks, check PostHog for UTM-tagged traffic, track form submissions or demo requests from directory-sourced sessions.

Run the threshold-engine drill to evaluate: >= 50 listing views and >= 1 inquiry in 1 week. If PASS, proceed to Baseline. If FAIL, revise listing copy, target different categories, or switch directories.
