Instructions

  1. Run the slack-discord-reconnaissance drill to discover 5-10 Slack workspaces and Discord servers where your ICP is active. Search Slofile, Disboard, Discord discovery API, and web search. Score each community on ICP fit, activity, engagement quality, accessibility, and competition saturation.

  2. Join the top-ranked communities. Some require applications — apply immediately as approval can take 1-7 days.

  3. Lurk for 48 hours: read the last 200 messages in the 3 most relevant channels per community. Note tone, format, social norms, and identify 5-10 threads where you can add genuine value.

  4. Run the slack-discord-response-crafting drill for 3-5 responses per day across all communities for 5 days. For each response: read the thread fully, choose a response type (Expert Answer, Framework Share, Experience Report, Resource Curator, or Clarifying Question), write following community formatting norms, and lead with value — no product mentions in week 1.

  5. Human action required: post responses manually from your personal account. The agent drafts; you post and engage in follow-up conversations.

  6. Log each interaction: date, community, channel, thread URL, response type, reactions received, thread replies, DMs received.

  7. Run the threshold-engine drill to evaluate: >= 1 meeting booked from community engagement within 1 week. If PASS, proceed to Baseline. If FAIL, diagnose: wrong communities, low-quality responses, engagement without conversion, or missing follow-up.
