Instructions

  2. Build Solo-to-Multiplayer funnel in PostHog (signup → first action → invite sent → invite accepted → concurrent session).

  3. Compute baseline collaboration ratio before prompting.

  4. Run onboarding-flow drill: create 3-step Intercom product tour for collaboration (invite + share) targeting 10-50 solo active users.

  5. Launch product tour to test cohort. Monitor for 7 days.

  6. Day 3: check invite acceptance rate. If zero accepted, debug invite email deliverability.

  7. Day 7: pull final numbers from PostHog.

  8. Run threshold-engine drill: evaluate collaboration ratio ≥30% among test cohort.

  9. If pass, document which prompts worked and proceed to Baseline. If fail, iterate on prompt clarity or collaboration surface.
