Instructions

  4. Write 3 case studies (1,000-1,500 words each) following story structure: challenge, solution, results; include specific metrics ("increased X by 40%"), quotes, and customer logo/headshot.

  5. Get customer approval on final draft; address any concerns about confidentiality or competitive information; secure written permission to publish.

  6. Publish case studies on dedicated website pages; optimize for SEO with keywords like "[your category] case study", "[industry] success story"; include clear CTAs.

  8. Set pass threshold: ≥300 total page views and ≥5 conversions from the 3 case studies within 4 weeks.
