Instructions

  1. Run onboarding-sequence-design drill to define activation metric, 4-6 milestone ladder, and 5-7 behavioral email sequence with timing and skip conditions.

  2. Run onboarding-flow drill: build Intercom product tours for each milestone, persistent checklist widget with progress indicator, and celebration messages.

  3. Instrument PostHog events: checklist_shown, checklist_step_completed, checklist_completed, checklist_dismissed. Build onboarding funnel.

  4. Deploy to 20-50 new signups. Human reviews checklist copy and tour flows before launch.

  5. After 7 days, run threshold-engine drill: measure completion rate, per-step drop-off, median time-to-activation.

  6. PASS ≥60% from ≥20 users: proceed to Baseline. MARGINAL 40-59%: fix worst drop-off step, re-run. FAIL <40%: diagnose root cause.
